# Refund and Returns Policy

## Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. We track this from the day your package is marked delivered by the carrier.
## Accepted Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following situations:
- **Damaged item** — arrived broken or compromised during transit
- **Defective item** — does not function as intended due to a manufacturing issue
- **Item significantly not as described** — what arrived does not match the product listing in a meaningful way
## Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- **Buyer's remorse** — we encourage you to review product dimensions and features carefully before ordering
- **Wrong size selected by customer** — please double-check measurements against your space
- **Minor color differences** — screen calibration varies across devices, and slight shade variations are normal
## Return Process
Follow these steps to submit a return request.
**Step 1 — Contact us by email.** Send a message to our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
**Step 2 — Provide photo evidence.** Attach clear photos showing the damage, defect, or discrepancy. This helps us process your request quickly and accurately.
**Step 3 — Await approval.** We will review your submission and respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions. If approved, we will confirm next steps for the return.
**Step 4 — Refund issued.** Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is complete.
## Additional Notes
We do not charge restocking fees. The refund amount will match the purchase price paid for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
