# Shipping Policy
We believe in straightforward communication about how our products reach your door. Here is everything you need to know.
## Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it ships.
## Delivery Timeframes
Our products ship from overseas fulfillment centers. After processing, estimated delivery takes 8 to 14 business days. While most orders arrive within this window, delivery times can vary based on your location and current shipping volumes.
We ask for your patience with carrier schedules. Once your package is in transit, we cannot control delays caused by weather, customs processing, or carrier capacity. If you need an item by a specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance.
## Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier system. You can monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
If your tracking information does not update for several days, please reach out. We can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
## Lost or Missing Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a resolution.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us.
## International Shipping
At launch, Simplicity Shoppe ships to US addresses only. We are not currently accepting orders for international delivery. This includes PO boxes, APO, and FPO addresses at this time.
