Q1: How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 8 to 14 days via our overseas fulfillment partners. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow along.
Q2: Can I return a product if I just changed my mind?
We are not able to accept returns for buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review product dimensions, materials, and details carefully before placing your order to ensure it fits your space and needs.
Q3: Are your products safe and non-toxic?
Yes. We select materials with care and work with fulfillment partners who meet standard safety requirements for home goods. If you have questions about a specific product's materials, please reach out and we will share what we know.
Q4: How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. It may take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to show the first update. If your tracking has not updated after several days, contact us and we will investigate.
Q5: Do you ship internationally?
At launch, we ship to US addresses only. This includes all 50 states. We are not currently accepting international orders, but this may change in the future.
