How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 7 to 12 business days via our fulfillment partners. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. It may take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to show the first update. If your tracking has not updated after several days, contact us and we will investigate.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to US addresses only, including all 50 states. International shipping is not available at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for current promotions.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. We accept returns for damaged items, defective items, or items significantly not as described. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size selected by the customer.
Can I return a product if I just changed my mind?
We are not able to accept returns for buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review product dimensions, materials, and details carefully before placing your order.
How do I start a return?
Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.
Water Filtration Products
Is the 360° Faucet Filter compatible with my faucet?
Our faucet filter fits most standard faucets with a threaded aerator. It includes adapters for both male and female thread types. If your faucet has a pull-out or pull-down spray head, it may not be compatible — check your faucet type before ordering.
How often do I need to replace the filter cartridge?
We recommend replacing the filter cartridge every 2 to 3 months, or after approximately 320 gallons of use, whichever comes first. Replacement frequency may vary based on your local water quality.
What does the Shower Head Filter reduce?
Our shower filters are designed to reduce chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals, and sediment. They help improve the feel of water on skin and hair, particularly in areas with hard or heavily treated water.
What is hard water and do I need a hard water filter?
Hard water contains elevated levels of calcium and magnesium minerals. Signs include white scale buildup on fixtures, dry skin after showering, and dull hair. Our Hard Water Shower Filter with Replacement Cartridge is designed specifically for these conditions.

How do Color Catcher Sheets work?
Color Catcher sheets absorb loose dyes that bleed from fabrics during washing, preventing them from transferring to other items in the load. Simply toss one sheet into the wash with your mixed-color laundry.
